Cyber-jacking solved!

Just thought I would let you know that we were not cyber-jacked!  It was in fact the fault of our domain hosting company – they forgot to re-register our name when the renewal date came up – so now they have to negotiate with hostyourname.com in buying the domain name back.  Slight relief on our side that it was an error and not a dirty! Our apologies go out to hostyourname.com for pointing fingers! We will post a notification the minute we are back to our old addy, but will keep the Yahoo one as an alternate. Thanks all for the support and understanding.

Victim of Cyber-Jacking!!!

Okay so I have heard of car-jacking but cyber-jacking? You gotta be kidding! Well apparently this is an all too often occurrence in our ever-evolving cyber world.  What am I going on about?  innovation – Scrapbooking Trends and Techniques has been the victim of this new endemic! At first I was wondering where everybody had gone to.  The emails have been really quiet – and even from some of our chatterboxes! So with a little investigation – and several calls to our service provider I was told that the domain name ‘scrapbookinginnovation’ no longer belongs to us and had been re-registered by a certain ‘hostyourname.com’. GREAT! So now what?  “Well we will see what we can do and let you know. But no promises. You will most probably have to register another name, but let’s see what we can do”  was their answer.  It is at this time that I send out sincere apologies to all that have tried to send us mail in the last week.  Should you wish to email us we have set up a temporary account with yahoo and you can email us there.  We have not received any emails since 3rd Feb so please re-submit any mail that you have sent. Thanks for your understanding!
